Frequently asked questions
What types of 3D printing do you offer?
We specialize in two primary technologies to ensure the best results for your project:
• Filament (FDM): Best for functional parts, large-scale terrain, and durable prototypes using materials like PLA, PETG, and specialized filaments.
How do I get a price estimate for my project?
Since every 3D print is unique in terms of material, density, and machine time, we provide custom quotes. Simply visit our Get a Quote (https://www.godwulfdesign.com/get-a-quote)page, upload your file, and we will get back to you with a detailed estimate—usually within 24–48 hours.
How do you handle shipping for complex, multi-part assemblies?
This is where our experience shines. For projects involving dozens or hundreds of units with high part counts (40+ pieces per unit), we provide Custom Kitting Services. Each unit is meticulously organized, labeled, and secured in specialized packaging. This prevents transit damage and ensures that when the box arrives, your team can begin assembly or implementation immediately without sorting through loose parts.
Can you handle large-scale "Print on Demand" (POD) orders?
Absolutely. We offer Contract 3D Printing for businesses that need reliable, repeatable manufacturing. Whether you need a one-off prototype or batch production run, we have the machine capacity to fulfill your order with strict quality control.
Do you handle high-volume production runs?
Absolutely. We specialize in small-to-mid-scale contract manufacturing, with proven experience managing production runs of hundreds of units. Our workflow is optimized for complex assemblies; we have successfully delivered projects involving over 40+ individual components per unit, ensuring dimensional consistency and quality control across every single piece.
What file formats do you accept for custom quotes?
Our systems are optimized for .STL, .OBJ, and .STEP files.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most standard orders are completed and ready for pickup or shipping within 3–5 business days. For large contract orders or complex architectural models, we will provide a specific timeline during the quoting process.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! While we are located in Saratoga Springs, Utah, we provide professional fulfillment and shipping services across the United States. We have optimized our logistics to ensure that even the most delicate resin prototypes or large-scale FDM production runs arrive at your door in perfect condition.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily utilize UPS and FedEx for their reliable tracking and insurance options. For high-priority or time-sensitive industrial prototypes, we offer expedited overnight shipping to ensure your project stays on schedule.
